SELF-REGISTRATION ON THE e-GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT PORTAL (e-GP)

NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS, CONTRACTORS, AND CONSULTANTS

All Suppliers, Contractors, and Consultants are hereby advised to self-register on the e-Government Procurement Portal (e-GP), available at www.egpkenya.go.ke.

To facilitate a smooth registration process, please take note of the following:

  1. Technical Support:
    For any challenges experienced during registration, please contact the e-GP Support Team:

  2. In-Person Support (Nairobi):
    Suppliers based in Nairobi may receive walk-in registration assistance at:

    • Location: e-GP Offices, Treasury Building, 6th Floor, Room 622, Harambee Avenue

    • Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

  3. Regional Support:
    The National Treasury Help Desks located in all Huduma Centres are available during official working hours to assist with registration.

  4. User Guide:
    A comprehensive Supplier Registration Manual is accessible on the e-GP Portal to guide you through the registration process.

  5. Weekly Supplier Training Webinars:
    The National Treasury conducts weekly online training webinars every Thursday to support suppliers.

    • Interested parties must pre-register via the Supplier Training section on www.egpkenya.go.ke.

    • Only registered participants will receive invitations to attend the webinars.
